Digital Products (SVG Files, Digital Downloads)

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please ensure you review product descriptions, preview images, and compatibility information carefully before completing your purchase.

Physical Products (Printed Items, Merchandise)

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective or not as described.

Return Eligibility for Physical Products

To be eligible for a return, physical items must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

Return Process

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  3. Await Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved
  4. Ship Items Back: Pack items securely and ship to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

United States

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

Canada & Other Countries

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable international shipping method

Important: Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer prior to or at the time of return shipment.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our facility
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged physical product:
